 This program is our most popular loan program because it requires NO MONEY DOWN. Carrington Mortgage Services, Inc. can offer both purchase loans and refinance loans on this product. This loan is perfect for the client who rents currently, but hasn´t been able to save a down payment! This loan is also very good for the home owner who is currently encumbered by mortgage close to the actual value of their home. This loan is for someone who has pretty good credit, but has not been able to save up a down payment.

FHA
 This type of loan is backed by the Federal Housing Administration and is geared toward the First Time Home Buyer. Your credit for this program can have some blemishes and co-signors are allowed. It requires a 3% down payment that can come from either the buyer´s savings, a gift, or an installment loan. Carrington Mortgage Services, Inc. even has access to several non-profit organizations that will assist in giving the down payment.
